Shibaura Machinery’s unique dual-cylinder injection method can shorten the time interval for reaching the boost pressure after high speed to the shortest, and the speed and pressure time can be independently adjusted to accelerate the filling of the solution in the cavity and increase the density of the product.
The injection stroke sensor is equipped as standard, and after magnetic induction, it provides a signal to the TOSLITE control device for precise control.
The ejector stroke sensor is equipped as standard equipment, and its corresponding stroke is digitally set according to the shape of the product.
