Die casting machine data collection and management software dPAQET/dPAQET2

Supports quality control and visualization of die casting machine

dPAQET/dPAQET2 is software specialized for data collection from die casting machine.
It can be installed on a general personal computer, and can be used to centrally manage information at the casting site quickly and inexpensively over a LAN.
In addition, Shibaura Machine’s proprietary failure diagnosis function is standard, and dPAQET (optional),
and Remote maintenance function (optional) contributes to improved maintainability and production efficiency.

We perform the modification of the die casting machine, so the customer’s burden is minimal.
We support our customers’ traceability and visualization without spending much time.

Andon display:Machine anomalies are visible at a glance, even at a distance

Operating status display: Operating status is indicated in gantt chart

Monitoring data collection: Line data collected by TOSCAST is collected for traceability

Trend graph display: Monitoring data with graph to identify long-term trend changes

Injection waveform display: Waveform data collected by TOSCAST is collected for traceability

Cycle waveform display (optional): Complete waveform of the entire cycle movement, including temperature and flow rate changes

Casting condition display: Casting conditions that lead to traceability are also stored together

History display: Manage of alarms, setting changes history, and support frequency analysis with histogram display function

QR code reading function (optional): Reads the QR imprinted on the product to display target line data and casting conditions, supporting follow-up investigations

Other Features

Wireless (wifi) support(*1) is offered as an option
(*1)Only secondary stations can be attached to the control panel. Installation of access points and wireless settings are to be done by the customer.
